Technical Features

◆The fan-shaped filter plate is made of high-strength engineering plastic, with evenly distributed dewatering holes, extending the service life by 2-3 times.
◆ The large area of the filtrate pipe and the large distribution area of the abdominal cavity improve the air extraction rate and filtrate discharge effect.
◆ The filter bag is made of nylon monofilament or double-layer multifilament, which improves the cake release rate and reduces clogging, thereby extending its service life.
◆This machine adopts multi-point centralized automatic lubrication;
◆ The automatic filter surface cleaning device ensures a good dewatering effect;
◆The continuously variable transmission stirring device features a three-stage sealing system at the shaft end, utilizing rubber, graphite packing, and hydraulic pressure differential to ensure no slurry leakage.
◆The main drive adopts stepless speed regulation, adjusted according to the concentration and flow rate of the material to achieve the desired working effect.
