Scope of ApplicationThe GYW series vacuum permanent magnetic filter is an upper-feed, drum-type external vacuum permanent magnetic filter, primarily suitable for dewatering coarser magnetic materials. The operating conditions for this series of filters are as follows: the specific magnetic susceptibility of solid particles in the slurry is no less than 3000×0.000001 cm³/g, the particle size ranges from 0.1 to 0.8 mm, and the feed concentration is ≥60%.
◆This machine relies on the magnetic system inside the cylinder to form a filter cake. Magnetic materials are adsorbed onto the filter cloth in the form of magnetic clusters under the combined action of magnetic force and the gravity of the particles themselves, resulting in fast adsorption speed and high efficiency.
◆ With top feeding, the minerals in the filter cake are stratified by particle size, resulting in a thick filter cake with good air permeability.
◆ When the drum rotates into the dewatering zone, the residual moisture in the filter cake passes through the filter cloth and is extracted via the filter chamber and the two vacuum lines on the distribution head, resulting in a low moisture content in the filter cake.
◆After material dewatering, compressed air is used for unloading, ensuring fast unloading speed.
◆The filter cloth cleaning uses alternating blasts of air and water, with compressed air blowing water from the inside out, achieving a good cleaning effect and effectively preventing clogging of the filter cloth pores.
