Technical Features

The YCW series waterless discharge recovery machine is a new product developed by our company based on advanced foreign experience. Its magnetic system consists of a set of magnetic rings formed by embedding exposed magnetic blocks, arranged at specific intervals. This magnetic system directly acts on magnetic materials, offering high magnetic field intensity and a large gradient, achieving a recovery rate of up to 85%-95%. In particular, the use of V-shaped scrapers, leveraging the weight of the magnetic materials themselves, enables waterless or minimal-water one-time discharge.
