A green body sample produced using stainless steel wire 3D printing undergoes debinding in an oxalic acid debinding furnace. The purpose of debinding is to remove most of the binder polymer from the 3D-printed green body. The debinding process is relatively simple, involving immersing the green body in an appropriate amount of debinding agent for a period of time. Debinding techniques include water debinding, solvent debinding, and catalytic debinding. Generally, our debinding agent uses mild oxalic acid instead of nitric acid, making it more environmentally friendly and safer. Additionally, our debinding furnace supports batch processing and is easy to operate. Once the binder polymer is removed, the part is referred to as a brown body and is sent for sintering to obtain a dense metal component.
