Activated carbon fiber (ACF) is a fibrous porous adsorption material prepared by high-temperature carbonization and activation of organic fibers. ACF has a rich microporous structure, which can adsorb VOCs in exhaust gas into the micropores through intermolecular forces, thereby achieving the purpose of treating VOCs. The raw materials for producing ACF include viscose, phenolic resin, pitch, polyacrylonitrile, etc. Different raw materials are selected based on the type of VOCs being treated.
• ACF with matching pore structure and surface properties can be customized based on the VOCs composition of different clients.
• For different adsorbents, the adsorption capacity of activated carbon fiber developed by Huashijie has been improved.
