1. Structure: The WFJ turbo mill is mainly composed of components such as the casing, door, turbo, main shaft, screen mesh, pulley, and motor. 2. Working Principle:
When the turbo mill is in operation, the motor drives the main shaft and the turbo to rotate at high speed. The turbo and the grinding blocks on the screen ring form a crushing and grinding pair. When the material enters the machine chamber from the feed hopper, it undergoes intense friction and strong impact against the inner side of the turbo blades within the rotating airflow of the turbo, and is further ground in the gaps between the blades and the grinding blocks. While crushing the material, the turbo draws in a large amount of air, and these airflows serve to cool the machine, grind the material, and convey the fine particles. The fineness of the crushed material depends on the nature of the material, the size of the screen, as well as the throughput of the material and air.
The bearing components of the WFJ turbo mill are equipped with a specially designed labyrinth seal, which effectively prevents dust from entering the bearing chamber, thereby extending the service life of the bearings. The machine door is fitted with a silicone rubber sealing ring, ensuring no dust leakage that could contaminate the operating environment.

2 The crushing space is large, and the high-intensity wind pressure generated during turbine operation not only enhances production capacity and reduces over-crushing, but also effectively prevents material deposition and clogging of the screen during the crushing process.
3 Due to enhanced shearing, its crushing capacity for fibrous materials is higher than that of ordinary equipment.
4 The installation of the screen mesh is convenient, and the positioning is reliable, both using a plug-in design. Its service life is significantly longer compared to the ring screen type.
5 The built-in motor design lowers the machine's center of gravity, effectively reducing equipment noise.
