Alumina-Titania (Al₂O₃-TiO₂) composite powder is a combination of TiO₂ powder and Al₂O₃ powder in specific proportions, including several varieties such as Al₂O₃ - 3% TiO₂, Al₂O₃ - 13% TiO₂, Al₂O₃ - 20% TiO₂, Al₂O₃ - 40% TiO₂, and Al₂O₃ - 50% TiO₂, with a melting point of approximately 2000°C.

TiO2 has a lower melting point than Al2O3, a lower Mohs hardness value, and better wettability to metal substrates such as steel, titanium, and aluminum in its molten state compared to molten Al2O3, resulting in superior bonding performance.
