The FJM series classifying mechanical mill is suitable for the deagglomeration of loosely agglomerated materials, offering higher efficiency and lower energy consumption.

Development Requirement—Developed to address the need for reducing fine powder content during the deagglomeration process of lithium battery cathode materials.

The raw material is fed into the ceramic guide ring of the main machine via gas along the tangential direction of the main machine's cylinder wall. The raw material first passes through a classification rotor, which separates the qualified fine powder, while the remaining coarse powder falls into the crushing zone for disaggregation and pulverization. This effectively reduces the fine powder content in the product and minimizes the occurrence of over-grinding.
