Application

Nano titanium dioxide (UG-T25F) Used in the textile sizing process:
1. The viscosity should be maintained during the slurry preparation process.
2. The parameters of the sizing machine remain stable.
3. First, nano-titanium dioxide (UG-T25F) disperse into20% liquid (A).
4. Dosage of nano-titanium dioxide powder: 0.5-2% of the starch weight.
(The starch weight here = original starch amount + starch amount replacing PVA).
5. In the cotton sizing process, replace PVA with an equal amount of starch, while keeping the other components unchanged.
6. When mixing the slurry, add the specified amount of water into the mixing tank, then shake the liquid (A) slurry additive evenly.
7. Add the specified amount of starch, stir at medium speed for ten minutes, then add the other raw materials.
8. Heat the slurry to a boil, then simmer at normal pressure for 30 minutes or at high pressure for 20 minutes.
Note:32-count yarn, 2 kg of liquid (A) per barrel of sizing.
40-count yarn, 3 kg of liquid (A) per barrel of sizing.
60-count yarn: retain 5 kg of PVA, replace the remaining PVA with an equal amount of starch, and use 3.5 kg of liquid (A).
If the slurry formulation contains liquid polyacrylate slurry, The slurry should be heated toAdd this nano-additive after reaching 50°C.
Addition amount:900 kg pulp + 2 - 8 kg liquid AOr add based on the customer's actual usage situation.
