TSP is a thermally stable polycrystalline diamond product, manufactured using the same ultra-high pressure and high temperature technology as other PCD products. Its binder is chemically embedded and has a thermal expansion coefficient similar to that of diamond. It offers thermal stability up to 1200 degrees Celsius. It is suitable for oil drilling bits and mining drill bits.

2) Characteristics and advantages of thermally stable polycrystalline diamond (TSP):
A notable advantage of TSP diamond is its high thermal stability. Our TSP products can withstand temperatures of approximately 1200 degrees Celsius in a non-oxidizing atmosphere. Moreover, the relative wear resistance of the TSP diamond body remains unchanged under high-temperature conditions.

One of the main applications of TSP is wear protection for drill bit gauges, but in softer formations, it can also be used as a primary cutting element.
