Nano aluminum powder and ultrafine aluminum powder are prepared through special process methods, featuring high product purity, high sphericity, low impurity content, and active aluminum accounting forOver 98%, high yield, uniform particle size distribution, high specific surface activity, and easy to disperse and use in polymer materials such as resins and rubber.

Application direction:

1、High-efficiency catalyst: The addition of nano-aluminum powder to solid rocket fuel significantly increases the fuel combustion rate and improves combustion stability.

2、Activated sintering additives: inMixing 5–10% nano-aluminum powder into AlN powder reduces the sintering temperature, increases the density of the sintered body, and improves thermal conductivity. If nano-aluminum is used as the substrate for integrated components, the thermal conductivity can be increased by approximately 10 times, thereby addressing the integration density issue of integrated components.

3、Surface Conductive Coating Treatment for Metals and Scrap Metals: Due to the high surface activation energy of nano-aluminum, coating can be applied at temperatures below the powder's melting point under oxygen-free conditions. This technology can be utilized in the production of microelectronic devices.
