Overview:
This machine is a cross-flow continuous drying equipment, used for drying sheet-like, strip-like, or granular materials with good air permeability. It is particularly suitable for materials with high moisture content, such as dehydrated vegetables and traditional Chinese medicine slices, where high temperatures are not allowed. This series of dryers features fast drying speed, high evaporation intensity, and excellent product quality. For dewatered filter cake-like paste materials, they can also be dried after granulation or being formed into rods.

Principle:
The material is evenly spread onto the mesh belt by the feeder. The mesh belt is typically made of 12-60 mesh stainless steel wire mesh and is driven by a transmission device to move within the dryer. The dryer consists of several units, each with independent hot air circulation. A portion of the exhaust gas is discharged by a dedicated moisture removal fan, while the waste gas is controlled by a regulating valve. Hot air passes through the mesh belt covered with material from bottom to top or top to bottom, completing the process of heat and mass transfer and removing moisture from the material. The mesh belt moves slowly, and its speed can be freely adjusted based on the material temperature. The dried finished product continuously falls into a collection device. The upper and lower circulation units can be flexibly configured according to user requirements, and the number of units can also be selected as needed.
