Flake nickel powder is a bright, lustrous granular product, making it an ideal decorative pigment for high-performance coatings and powder coatings.

Suitable for conductive rubber, conductive silicone, etc. Water-based coatings. Nickel is not reactive in water-based coatings and does not produce hydrogen gas like aluminum or other pigments.

Powder coating. It can be used for architectural coatings requiring long-term stability. It is also applicable to automotive refinishing, wheels, engine hood components, office and outdoor furniture, and bicycles. Kitchenware coatings. In PTFE products (Teflon), flake nickel powder provides a metallic appearance while enhancing thermal conductivity and wear resistance.

High-temperature anti-failure lubricant. The specially formulated CHT-type product is used in high-temperature and corrosive environments, such as oilfield drilling.

Printing ink. Ultra-fine pigment grade products provide magnetic field properties in security inks.

Packaging and Storage

This product is packaged in inert gas-filled plastic bags and should be stored sealed in a dry, cool environment. It should not be exposed to air to prevent moisture-induced oxidative agglomeration, which may affect dispersion performance and usage effectiveness. Packaging quantities can be provided according to customer requirements, with sub-packaging available.
