The production of flake copper powder requires ball milling. If the powder is too fine, it is prone to oxidation and agglomeration. Typically, we supply flake copper powder with a particle size greater than 1 μm, which is adjustable, and the copper powder is pure. Micron-sized flake copper powder appears as a uniformly colored, metallic-lustered copper-red powder. With high purity, good electrical conductivity, and low resistance, it can partially replace silver powder in the preparation of low-temperature polymer conductors, conductive adhesives, and similar products. It can also be used to manufacture conductive, electromagnetic shielding, and anti-static products.
