Micro-nano zinc powder is prepared via the gas-phase evaporation and condensation method, featuring high sphericity, high purity, small particle size, uniform distribution, large specific surface area, low bulk density, minimal melting deformation, and reduced formation of grape-like agglomerated particles. It is easy to disperse and suitable for industrial applications, and is currently widely used in anti-corrosion coatings, ship anti-corrosion, and other fields.
Product Applications
1. Catalyst: Micro-nano zinc and its alloys are used as catalysts, offering high efficiency and strong selectivity.
2. Rubber Field: In the rubber industry, micro-nano zinc serves as a vulcanization activator, offering superior dispersion compared to ordinary zinc powder. It enhances the thermal conductivity, wear resistance, and tear resistance of rubber products. It is primarily used in rubber products such as natural rubber, styrene-butadiene rubber, butadiene rubber, ethylene-propylene rubber, and butyl rubber. It performs particularly well in the rubber and PVC rubber foaming industries.
Production of Zinc-Rich Anti-Corrosion Coatings: The primary use of metallic zinc for corrosion protection of steel components includes coating methods such as hot-dip galvanizing, electroplating, thermal spraying, zinc-rich paints, and powder coating.
4 Chemical Production: Used in the production of sodium hydrosulfite, lithopone (zinc barium white), sodium formaldehyde sulfoxylate, and dye intermediates, among others, as a reducing agent in significant quantities.
5-micron zinc powder is a primary raw material for manufacturing paints, coatings, and chemical products such as sodium formaldehyde sulfoxylate, sodium zincate, and zinc oxide, as well as a reducing agent in organic synthesis.
