Micro-nano silver powder is prepared by the evaporation-condensation method, featuring high sphericity, high purity, small particle size, uniform distribution, large specific surface area, low bulk density, good dispersibility, low melting point, and excellent sintering shrinkage. It is currently widely used in conductive silver paste, conductive adhesive tape, conductive films, and more. Due to the ability of small nano-silver particles to independently disperse in various liquids and form silver ions, they can be applied for sterilization and antibacterial purposes, with excellent feedback on their effectiveness in gynecological medications.
Product Applications
1. Micro-nano silver conductive film and conductive fiber: Conductive films and conductive adhesives containing nano-silver powder offer higher conductivity and better antistatic performance.
2 Used in polymer plastic substrates such as ABS, PC, PVC, PE, etc.;
