Instructions for Using the Disc Dryer: Electromagnetic Speed Control Equipment

1. Before operating the equipment, check whether the route is correct, and only connect the main power supply after confirming there are no errors.

2. Close the motor power switch and confirm the correct rotation direction of the motor (clockwise when viewed from the motor shaft direction). The motor must not reverse. If the rotation direction is incorrect, simply swap any two of the motor's wire terminals.

3. Close the power switch of the motor and electromagnetic speed controller, then slowly rotate the speed adjustment knob clockwise. The dryer will start operating. Gradually increase the motor's output speed to meet the normal operating speed requirements for drying. Note: After each stop and before restarting, always turn the speed adjustment knob clockwise to the minimum position. Once the power is connected, gradually increase the speed again.
