Overview:
Granular solid materials are fed into a fluidized bed dryer via a feeder. Filtered clean air is heated and then blown by a blower into the bottom of the fluidized bed, passing through a distribution plate to contact the solid materials, forming a fluidized state to achieve gas-solid heat and mass exchange. The dried materials are discharged from the outlet, while the exhaust gas is expelled from the top of the fluidized bed, passing through a cyclone dust collector group and a bag filter to recover solid powders before being released into the atmosphere.
Steam, electricity, and hot air furnaces are all available for configuration (customized according to user requirements).
It is suitable for drying granular materials, such as raw pharmaceutical ingredients, tablet granulation materials, traditional Chinese medicine granules, plastic resins in chemical raw materials, citric acid, and other powdered or granular materials for drying and dehumidification. It is also used for drying food and beverage granules, grain processing, corn germ, feed, and more. The particle size of the material can reach **up to 6mm**, with an optimal range of **0.5 to 3mm**.
