97% alumina
97.0% Al2O3 content high-quality alumina ceramic. This material is an excellent electrical insulator and can be metallized to facilitate high-temperature brazing of components.
97.5% alumina
Microcrystalline alumina ceramic or 97.5%, Al2O3 content. A high-quality material widely used for thick-film metallized electrical and mechanical components, as well as for dynamic applications where resistance to wear and chemical corrosion is essential.
99.5% alumina
It is an alumina ceramic with 99.5% Al2O3 content. This material is widely used in applications requiring excellent electrical resistance combined with chemical corrosion resistance. This ceramic can also be metallized.
99.8% alumina
High-purity alumina ceramics have a minimum purity of 99.8% Al2O3 content. Developed for semiconductor processing applications, they exhibit high resistance to semiconductor etching chemicals and possess excellent mechanical wear resistance.
99% alumina material
99% pure alumina, 99% alumina, and high-purity alumina are used to produce wear-resistant components, as they have been specifically developed for chemical and physical wear environments. These components include shafts, plungers, bearings, and seals, which function in applications involving chemically and physically aggressive media. 99% Alumina Applications
Alumina is a *mature engineering ceramic with high hardness and good wear resistance, but relatively low strength and fracture toughness, while providing excellent electrical insulation properties.
