Aluminum nitride ceramics, with their high thermal conductivity (theoretical value of approximately 320 W/m·K), excellent mechanical properties, good corrosion resistance, and superior electrical properties (dielectric constant, dielectric loss, volume resistivity, dielectric strength), are increasingly widely used in fields such as automotive electronic water pumps, inverters, cigarette lighters, sensors, and ceramic engines.
