This machine is mainly used for crushing and processing medium-low hardness materials such as chemicals, dyes, auxiliaries, feed, food, pharmaceuticals, wood chips, chemical fibers, and non-metallic ores. The fineness can be adjusted between 20-120 mesh. It features high output, fine particle size, low noise, low energy consumption, easy maintenance, and convenient installation. It is particularly suitable for crushing and processing non-oily, low-viscosity, heat-sensitive, and fibrous materials (e.g., Dendrobium, chili peppers, ginger, cassava chips, peanuts and soybeans, star anise, cinnamon, white sugar, salt crystals, Chinese herbal medicine, grains, tea, cosmetics, pearls, chemical coatings) and other medium-low hardness materials.

Working principle

This machine utilizes the high-speed relative motion between the movable toothed disc and the fixed toothed disc to achieve crushing through the combined effects of impact, friction, and mutual impact of the materials being crushed. The machine features a simple structure, stable operation, and excellent crushing performance. The crushed materials can be directly discharged from the main machine's grinding chamber, and the particle size can be adjusted by replacing screens with different apertures. Additionally, the machine is made of stainless steel. The inner wall of the casing is fully machined to achieve a smooth surface, addressing the issues of rough inner walls and powder accumulation found in previous models. This ensures that the production of pharmaceuticals, food, chemicals, and other products meets national standards and complies with "GMP" requirements.
