This machine is a horizontal-shaft impact crusher that can simultaneously complete two processing steps: micro-grinding and particle classification. The crusher consists of a rotating disc and a toothed ring. Through the high-speed rotation of the specially shaped rotating disc, material particles are repeatedly subjected to compression, collision, and shearing between the rotating disc and the stationary toothed ring, thereby achieving crushing. The material is transported into the crushing chamber by a quantitative feeding system, where it is impacted and sheared between the high-speed rotating rotor and the toothed stator. The crushed material is carried by the airflow into the classification zone. Qualified materials are collected through a cyclone and dust collector, while unqualified materials are returned to the crushing zone for further crushing.
