II. Working Principle of the Multi-Stage Vertical Airflow Pulverizer:

At the same time, the classifier inside the grinding chamber sorts the pulverized materials, thereby obtaining products of the desired particle size. The coarse particles remain in the chamber for further pulverization.

It can be widely used for ultra-fine grinding of chemicals, pharmaceuticals, pesticides, refractory materials, abrasives, additives, flame retardants, electronic materials, AC blowing agents, carbon black, non-metallic minerals, and battery materials. The airflow can utilize compressed air, inert gas, or superheated steam.
This machine can also be used in series with a multi-stage classifier to obtain multi-stage products.
