II. Working Principle of the AB Series Jet Mill:
The working principle of a jet mill is to use supersonic airflow generated by high-pressure gas to drive materials to collide with each other for pulverization. At the same time, the classifier inside the grinding chamber classifies the pulverized materials, thereby obtaining products of the desired particle size. The coarse particles remain in the chamber for further pulverization.


III. Features of the AB Series Airflow Mill:
High efficiency: The full utilization of jet energy, along with the optimized design of the impeller structure and classified flow field, significantly improves both the crushing and classification efficiency, reduces over-grinding, and thereby greatly increases the output.
High Classification Precision: A stable and complete classification flow field, along with special sealing measures, reliably prevents the leakage of coarse particles. The product particle size can reach d97 < 5um, with strict control over large particles.
Low Wear: Key components such as the crushing chamber, nozzle, and impeller are designed and installed with wear-resistant structures to ensure the entire machine has no easily worn parts. It can be widely used for ultra-fine grinding of chemicals, pharmaceuticals, pesticides, refractory materials, abrasives, additives, flame retardants, electronic materials, AC blowing agents, carbon black, non-metallic minerals, and battery materials. The airflow can utilize compressed air, inert gas, or superheated steam.
This machine can also be used in series with a multi-stage classifier to obtain multi-stage products.
