1. Working Principle
The new classifier, together with a cyclone collector, pulse dust collector, induced draft fan, and control cabinet, forms a classification system. Under the suction force of the fan, materials are transported from the feed inlet of the new classifier at high speed along with the upward airflow to the classification zone. In this zone, under the powerful centrifugal force generated by the high-speed rotating classification turbine, the powder mixed in the gas-solid two-phase fluid is separated by particle size. Fine particles meeting the size requirements pass through the gaps between the classification wheel blades and enter the cyclone separator or dust collector for collection. Materials that do not meet the size requirements, along with some fine particles, descend along the cylinder wall under the combined effects of centrifugal force and wall-impact deceleration to the secondary air inlet. There, under the strong elutriation effect of the secondary air, coarse and fine particles are separated. Fine particles rise to the classification zone for secondary classification, while coarse particles descend to the discharge outlet for removal.
