The DJF low-temperature shear pulverization technology and equipment is a brand-new powder processing device developed based on the market demand, leveraging the technical support of the Beijing Key Laboratory of Powder Technology Research and Development at Beihang University and drawing on the laboratory's years of experience in powder processing and handling.

Working principle
The crushing method of this machine involves shearing to break materials, accompanied by instantaneous high-speed collision and friction, thereby achieving the crushing of fibrous materials. Due to the use of high-volume air circulation, the working temperature during crushing is maintained below 20°C to 40°C. The adjustable-speed classifier separates the powder that meets the requirements, which is then collected by a cyclone collector. Dust is removed by a pulse bag filter, and the remaining air is discharged into the atmosphere by an induced draft fan. The entire working process operates under fully enclosed negative pressure, ensuring no dust pollution.
