This machine features a high granulation rate, aesthetically pleasing granules, and automatic discharge, which prevents granule damage caused by manual discharge, making it suitable for continuous production. Its efficiency is 2-3 times that of the YK-160 oscillating granulator.

Working principle

The machine uses a specially designed planetary reduction mechanism, where the screen mesh and the granulating blade perform relative rotational movements. The material is squeezed and rubbed between the granulating blade and the screen cylinder, easily forming cylindrical strips through the mesh holes of the screen cylinder. These strips are then cut by the cutting blade outside the screen cylinder into uniform-sized and consistent-length granules. The size and length of the granules are determined by the aperture of the screen cylinder mesh and the gap between the cutting blades. This machine is suitable for granulation in industries such as pharmaceuticals, food, chemicals, and solid beverages. It can process mixed materials into granules of the required size or break lumpy materials into small granules.
