Product Overview

This machine forms wet granules into beautiful spherical pellets by utilizing a rotating centrifugal disc, a blower, and a pneumatic spray gun. The wet granules produced in the previous process are fed into the rotating centrifugal disc. After starting the blower, the rotating centrifugal disc is activated, causing the wet granules to be subjected to the combined effects of annular air buoyancy, rotational centrifugal force, and their own gravity. This results in a rope-like circular motion, forming spherical pellets with extremely high sphericity.

Working principle

This system operates by mixing powdered materials with a binder to form a suitable soft mass, which is then extruded into columnar granules. These granules are subsequently placed into a spheronizer to produce spherical particles with extremely high roundness. Finally, excess moisture is removed using drying equipment to obtain the desired spherical particles.

Equipment Features

Place the wet granules produced in the previous process into a rotating centrifugal disc. Under the combined effects of annular air buoyancy, rotational centrifugal force, and gravity, the wet granules move in a ring-shaped rope-like pattern. Through a multi-fluid spray gun, the formulation liquid is sprayed onto the moving material layer from an appropriate direction, thereby forming spherical pellets with high sphericity. The principle is similar to that of a rotating fluidized bed.
