Working Principle of Fluid Bed Dryer:
■ Powdered materials are fed into a hopper (a sealed container), where the action of hot airflow causes the powder to become suspended in a fluidized state, circulating and flowing to achieve uniform mixing. Simultaneously, a mist-like binder is sprayed in to moisten the powder within the container, causing the powder to agglomerate into loose small particles. During the granulation process, the hot airflow efficiently dries the particles, continuously evaporating moisture and solidifying the powder. This process repeats, forming ideal, uniform, multi-porous spherical particles. The three steps—mixing, granulation, and drying—are completed in a single operation within the container, referred to as "one-step granulation."
