Working Principle: Powdered materials are fed into a hopper (a sealed container). Under the action of hot airflow, the powder becomes suspended in a fluidized state, circulating and flowing to achieve uniform mixing. At the same time, a mist-like binder is sprayed to moisten the powder inside the container, causing the powder to agglomerate into loose small particles. During the granulation process, the hot airflow efficiently dries the particles, continuously evaporating moisture and solidifying the powder. This process repeats, forming ideal, uniform, multi-porous spherical particles. The three steps of mixing, granulation, and drying are completed in one go within the container, which is referred to as "one-step granulation."
