Main Uses:

Working Principle:

■ After being heated and purified, the air is drawn into the dryer by a fan, passing through a perforated mesh plate and the material layer. Under the action of hot air blowing and stirring, the material becomes fluidized, i.e., in a state of fluidization. During the extensive gas-solid two-phase contact, the moisture within the material rapidly evaporates and is carried away by the exhaust air, achieving the purpose of material drying.

Main Features:

■ The material container adopts a cylinder with "O"-ring seal, offering convenient, fast, and durable operation.

■ The container is equipped with a stirring device, ensuring good fluidization of the dried material, no dead corners, uniform and rapid drying.
