WF- **Crusher** is mainly used for crushing and processing medium to low hardness materials such as chemicals, dyes, additives, feed, food, pharmaceuticals, wood chips, chemical fibers, and non-metallic ores. The fineness can be adjusted between 20-120 mesh. It features high output, fine particle size, low noise, low energy consumption, simple maintenance, and easy installation. It is especially suitable for crushing non-oily, low-viscosity, heat-sensitive, and fibrous materials (e.g., Dendrobium, chili, ginger, cassava chips, peanuts and soybeans, star anise, cinnamon, white granulated sugar, salt crystals, Chinese herbal medicine, grains, tea, cosmetics, pearls, and chemical coatings) with medium to low hardness.

Working principle
WF-Dendrobium**The grinder utilizes high-speed relative motion between the movable and fixed toothed discs to achieve crushing through the combined effects of tooth impact, friction, and mutual impact among the materials being crushed. The Dendrobium grinder features a simple structure, robustness, stable operation, and excellent crushing performance. The crushed material can be directly discharged from the grinding chamber of the main machine, and the particle size can be adjusted by replacing mesh screens with different apertures. Additionally, the WF series Chinese herbal medicine grinder is made entirely of stainless steel. The inner wall of the casing is fully machined to achieve a smooth surface, eliminating the rough inner walls and powder accumulation issues of previous models.
