This machine features low-speed dual radial three-dimensional mixing, making it suitable not only for mixing ordinary materials across various industries but also for materials with high oil content, high sugar content, flammability, explosiveness, heat-induced solidification, or transformation (e.g., pharmaceuticals, food additives, chemical auxiliaries, textile sizing agents, etc.). Particularly for powder coatings, it is applicable for post-mixing of finished powders, especially special powders such as textured, dual-color, and metallic powders, as well as post-mixing of recycled powders and ultrafine powders for uniform blending. It can also be used for post-mixing of products with a loosening agent (aluminum trioxide) and for large-capacity powder mixing.
Three-dimensional Motion Mixer:
This machine is a high-efficiency mixing equipment, suitable for achieving high-uniformity mixing of powdered materials in various enterprises and institutions, including pharmaceuticals, food, chemicals, light industry, machinery, electronics, mining and metallurgy, national defense industry, and scientific research.
During the mixing process, the materials are not subjected to centrifugal force, and there is no segregation, stratification, or accumulation caused by differences in specific gravity. Components can be uniformly mixed even under vastly different weight ratios, achieving a mixing rate of over 99.9%.
High loading coefficient, reaching up to 80% (compared to only about 40% for ordinary mixers), and short mixing time make it an ideal product among various mixers currently available.
The equipment has a compact structure, and the transmission adopts stepless speed regulation (frequency conversion or electromagnetic speed regulation), making it very convenient to operate.
The barrel features smooth arc transitions throughout and is precision-polished to meet GMP requirements.
Working Principle of SYH Series Three-Dimensional Motion Mixer
The mixing drum is suspended at the ends of the driving and driven shafts via two Y-type universal joints, which are arranged in space to be both intersecting and perpendicular to each other. When the driving shaft is rotated, the universal joints cause the drum to perform a cyclical composite motion in space, including translation, rotation, and tumbling. The materials inside the drum correspondingly undergo a three-dimensional composite motion in axial, radial, and circumferential directions. The various materials within the drum flow, diffuse, and mix with one another, ultimately achieving a uniform state.
