The stirring rods are equipped with tungsten carbide hard metal wear-resistant sleeves, enabling the grinding media to generate high shear and impact forces. The stirring shaft is designed according to the fineness of the grinding media to produce high shear and impact forces. The bottom of the cylinder is hemispherical, ensuring no dead zones during grinding. A screen for separating the grinding media is installed at the outlet. The closed mechanical design prevents contamination. The stirring rods are symmetrically arranged to extend the machine's service life. The grinding cylinder can be cooled.
