Working Principle: After the material is fed into the classifier through the feeding mechanism, it undergoes strong classification vortex forces, separating fine and coarse powders. Fine powders meeting the particle size requirements enter the fine powder collection system through the horizontally arranged classification wheel. Coarse powders and agglomerated fine powders descend to the secondary air inlet, where the spiral centrifugal upward airflow generated by the coarse powder disperser strongly scours the material, achieving re-separation of coarse and fine powders. Fine powders are carried by the upward airflow into the classification zone, while coarse powders descend to the primary air inlet, where they are subjected to the primary inlet airflow.
