Pühler Intelligent offers a brand-new, compact homogenizing disperser that ensures the reproducibility of product quality in online systems. Here, the dispersion system operates in a vacuum-sealed environment, thus eliminating dust contamination and product loss.

The InNovaZ TRL-C dispersion pump operates in a closed-loop circulation mode, where bagged powder materials can be fed via a suction gun or a feeding station. Alternatively, materials can be fed through bulk bags or silo mode.

The InNovaZ TRL-C dispersion pump operates similarly to a feed pump. Through optimized flow control, the process tank generates a negative pressure during operation, which draws in the powder. By combining appropriate powder conveying devices, the introduction of external air can be minimized as much as possible.

Here, the wet process is not based on the traditional rotor-stator principle; it achieves dispersion through high shear rates. The principle of InNovaZ TRL-C is based on the ability to continuously provide a large liquid surface when adsorbing powder under negative pressure. Due to the pressure gradient between the supply and delivery ends, the liquid is pressed into the agglomerates, allowing individual solid particles to be almost ideally wetted within a very short time. Because of the low shear rate, the input energy is significantly reduced compared to traditional rotor-stator systems, which means excellent product temperature control can be achieved.
