To meet the growing demands of the market,MORPH has systematically refined its already highly successful classification technology. The TTSD tandem toner classifier introduces a brand-new classification concept.

Specifically designed forDesigned for the classification of ultrafine powders in the size range of 1.5μm to 30μm, TTSD's high-efficiency toner classifier is highly suitable for fine powders (such as toner, powder coatings, etc.). It is specifically developed for the classification of fine powders that are difficult to isolate from dust removal operations under normal circumstances. The material flow pattern in the classification chamber provides a high-precision cut point, while simultaneously offering superior yield and high throughput. The dust loading in the airflow is approximately in the range of 150 g/m³.

All material contact components are easy to disassemble and assemble, facilitating internal cleaning of the machine. The elimination of rotary compressors provides us with cost advantages and ** operational reliability. The streamlined component design offers a low-pressure environment and low energy requirements.
