The MT-SQM-2 ball mill is suitable not only for grinding, mixing, and processing various materials, but also for mechanical alloying. It is used for powders or particles of several metals or non-metals, which are repeatedly mixed, crushed, and cold-welded during the high-energy ball milling process. These materials are gradually refined during milling and form alloy phase nuclei in the solid state, enabling the alloying of certain substances that were difficult to achieve through traditional smelting processes.
The MT-SQM-2 ball mill can be used for both dry and wet grinding to mix and grind solids, suspensions, and pastes of different particle sizes and materials. If a vacuum ball mill jar is used, grinding can be performed under vacuum or in an inert gas atmosphere.
