I. Product Introduction
The planetary and rotational hybrid defoaming machine can handle the mixing and defoaming of various viscosities, volumes, and materials. The materials are homogenized in a sealed negative-pressure environment, eliminating concerns about foreign matter contamination. Through the centrifugal force of planetary rotation, the materials are pushed to the side walls of the container, where the rotational motion generates shear forces between the container walls and the materials, achieving mixing. With a capacity of 80 liters per minute, approximately -99 kPa (relative to 0 meters above sea level), and a combination of planetary and rotational speeds integrated with a negative-pressure system, it enables **optimal** mixing and defoaming of materials in a short time.
II. Applications
Primarily applied in the mixing and stirring of materials for high-precision, cutting-edge products in fields such as Light Emitting Diodes (LEDs), touch screens (TP), medical devices, electronic components, nano-powder materials, fine chemical materials, printed electronic materials, electronic packaging materials, and new energy materials. Examples include phosphors, silicone, silver paste, aluminum paste, adhesives, inks, silver nanoparticles, silver nano LED/OLED/SMD/COB conductive silver adhesives, insulating adhesives, RFID printed conductive inks, anisotropic conductive adhesives (ACP), conductive pastes for thin-film solar cells, conductive inks for PCB/FPC, cosmetics, and more.

IV. Diagram of the Working Principle of Non-Contact Stirring
The outer circle arrow indicates the direction of the equipment's orbital rotation. The material cup is placed at a 45-degree angle in the cup holder, and the small circle arrow shows the direction of the material cup's rotation. The centrifugal force generated by two high-speed rotations of different sizes and directions is used to mix the slurry in the cup. There is no stirring rod; when mixing different materials, only the container needs to be changed. Cleaning is convenient, as only the container needs to be cleaned. Some customers directly use disposable containers, and we provide fixtures for disposable cups within the allowable size range.
