I. Product Introduction
Airflow sieving utilizes aerodynamic principles to prevent agglomeration, ensuring good sample dispersion. It is specifically designed for the sieving analysis of low-density, fine particles prone to agglomeration. Compatible with analytical sieves featuring apertures of 10 micrometers and above. The sieve mesh undergoes special non-metallic treatment, and the nozzle speed is adjustable, offering flexible sieving with an average sieving time of 2-3 minutes. It can be used in conjunction with manually adjustable industrial extraction equipment or optionally paired with automatic extraction equipment. A continuous airflow ensures the repeatability of the sieving process and reproducible sieving results.
II. Working Principle
The vacuum cleaner is connected to the sieve analyzer, creating negative pressure inside the sieve analyzer's chamber. Due to the pressure difference, strong airflow is generated at the nozzle, which is sprayed onto the sieve surface and then drawn below the sieve openings. Consequently, samples smaller than the aperture size pass through the openings with the airflow and are collected by the vacuum cleaner or cyclone separator. The airflow helps disperse particles and clean the sieve mesh.
