This device combines a powerful electromagnet with a special plate-shaped spring metal vibrating plate to perform noiseless, silent screening tests.
Due to the sieve's intense, impact-like vertical vibration, mesh clogging is minimal. The vibration frequency is maintained constant through Hz adjustment, while the amplitude strength can be freely adjusted via voltage control. Typically, the operating time is set using a timer for continuous operation until timeout. However, to prevent resonance between the sample and the sieve mesh, an interval mechanism is built in, causing a momentary 0.5-second stop before resuming vibration. The sieve is designed with a standard diameter of 200mm, but adapters also allow the use of sieves of other sizes.
For other wet screening applications, a lid with a nozzle and a tray with a drain outlet are also available.
