The robotic sieve analyzer RPS-01 is an automated sieve particle size distribution measuring instrument that integrates sample feeding, sieving, weighing, and calculation.
Due to the adoption of acoustic wave sieving principles, friction between the sample and the sieve mesh is minimized. Compared with vibration and rotary sieving methods, this allows for sieving without damaging the particles. The measurement results are displayed on the operation panel and can be output to various printers.

  • Automatic Determination

  • The weighing, screening, calculation, and data printing of the sample weight are fully automated. The measurement personnel only need to set up the sample and press the start button, and the measurement will be completed.

  • Improvement in Screening Efficiency

  • Due to the effect of mechanical pulses, compared with rotary screens and electric vibrating screens, there is less clogging of the screen mesh, which can shorten the screening time.

  • Compared to electric vibrating screens, it has low noise.

  • Measurements can be taken without damaging the specimen.

  • During measurement, the sample undergoes longitudinal vibration, which reduces friction between the sample and the sieve mesh, preventing damage to the sample. This also helps slow down the wear of the mesh.

  • Users can be assigned by responsible person, and the operation logs of each user will be recorded on the device itself. Additionally, to prevent tampering with measurement data, the device itself does not provide data editing functionality. The PC software for data management can also be optionally changed to software that supports DI.
