Working principle
The magnesium metal rotary kiln equipment consists of components such as the rotary cylinder, support device, support device with thrust rollers, kiln head and kiln tail sealing devices, and a coal injection pipe device. The kiln body is inclined at a certain angle to the horizontal, supported by a roller support device, and equipped with a thrust roller device to control the axial movement of the kiln body. In addition to the main drive, the transmission part is also equipped with an auxiliary drive device to ensure slow rotation of the kiln body and prevent deformation in the event of a main drive power interruption. The kiln head adopts a shell-type seal, while the kiln tail is equipped with an axial contact-type sealing device, ensuring the reliability of the sealing.
