  • Product Introduction

Zinc oxide rotary kilns can be widely used for the calcination and production of ceramsite from various materials such as dolomite, kaolin, bauxite, refractory furnace materials, cement, limestone, titanium iron powder, vanadium ore, activated carbon, coke, mineral powder, alumina, magnesium oxide, zinc oxide, special cement, and more.
The zinc oxide rotary kiln is mainly composed of a rotary cylinder, a support device, a support device with a retaining wheel, sealing devices at the kiln head and kiln tail, and a coal injection pipe device. Each component is made of advanced wear-resistant materials and incorporates new technologies, resulting in performance and output that are 1.5 times higher than those of traditional rotary kiln equipment.
The zinc oxide rotary kiln adopts advanced domestic and international technologies, including hydraulic thrust roller devices, intelligent modules, and contact graphite block sealing devices. Each component is made of advanced wear-resistant materials and incorporates new technologies to facilitate the calcination of zinc oxide materials. Additionally, the equipment operates more smoothly with lower failure rates.
Working principle
In the zinc oxide rotary kiln system, the relationships among preheating, calcination, and cooling are mutually influential and interdependent. While the material is being preheated in the preheater, it is required to achieve a certain degree of decomposition rate. An effective decomposition rate helps improve and stabilize the preheating temperature. Limestone with a good decomposition rate, upon entering the limestone rotary kiln, can easily undergo decomposition under high temperatures to produce lime. High-quality lime undergoes sufficient heat exchange with the combustion-supporting air, enabling the fuel to receive assistance from high-temperature air during combustion. This improves the combustion quality of the fuel, effectively ensures temperature stability within the limestone rotary kiln calcination system, and achieves the goal of enhancing thermal efficiency. Inside the zinc oxide rotary kiln, the material undergoes tumbling and rolling motion, allowing it to uniformly absorb the radiant heat generated by the flame for decomposition.
