  • Product Introduction

The ultra-fine grinding mill (centrifugal ultra-fine grinding mill) is a new generation of grinding equipment developed by our factory based on advanced milling technology. Its advantages include stable operation, low noise, and the ability to produce ultra-fine powders ranging from 325 to 3000 mesh.

Several other major features of the ultra-fine grinding mill (centrifugal ultra-fine grinding mill):

1. High pressure, high fines content, high yield

2. The wear of replaceable parts is uniform, ensuring a long service life.

3. The iron content in the fine powder is low.

4. The machine can operate continuously without stopping for oiling.

5. Low accident rate, easy installation, and high overall efficiency.

The centrifugal ultrafine grinding mill is mainly suitable for processing non-metallic minerals such as barite, calcite, limestone, kaolin, bentonite, marble, and gypsum, with a hardness not exceeding grade 7 and a moisture content below 6%. The fineness can be freely adjusted between 325 and 2500 mesh.

The ultra-fine grinding mill (multi-roller mill) is primarily suitable for the ultra-fine processing of non-flammable and non-explosive brittle materials with medium to low hardness, a Mohs hardness of ≤6, such as calcite, chalk, limestone, dolomite, carbon black, kaolin, bentonite, talc, mica, magnesite, illite, pyrophyllite, vermiculite, sepiolite, attapulgite, rectorite, diatomite, barite, gypsum, alunite, graphite, fluorite, phosphate rock, potassium ore, pumice, and over 100 other materials. The fineness of the finished powder can be adjusted arbitrarily within the range of 325-3000 mesh, with a production capacity of 0.4-4.5 tons per hour.

Performance characteristics of the ultra-fine grinding mill (multi-roller mill):

1. High efficiency and energy saving: Under the same conditions of finished product fineness and motor power, the output is more than double that of jet mills, stirred mills, and ball mills.

2. Long service life of wear parts: The grinding rollers and grinding rings are forged from special materials, significantly enhancing their durability. Under the same material and product fineness conditions, their service life is 2–5 times longer than that of impact crushers and turbo mills, typically exceeding one year. When processing calcium carbonate or calcite, the service life can reach 2–5 years.

3. High safety and reliability: Since there are no rolling bearings or screws inside the grinding chamber, there are no issues with bearing or seal wear, nor problems with screws loosening and damaging the machine.

4. High Product Fineness: The product fineness of the three-ring medium-speed ultra-fine powder mill can reach D97≤5μm in a single pass.

5. Environmentally friendly and clean: It uses a pulse dust collector to capture dust and a muffler to reduce noise, featuring environmentally friendly and clean characteristics.

Working Principle of Ultra-fine Grinding Mill (Multi-roller Mill):
During operation, the main motor drives the spindle and turntable to rotate through a reducer. The roller pins on the edge of the turntable drive dozens of grinding rollers to roll within the grinding ring raceway. Large pieces of material are crushed into small particles by a hammer crusher, then transported to a storage bin by an elevator. Subsequently, through a vibrating feeder and an inclined feed pipe, the material is evenly delivered to the distribution plate at the upper part of the turntable.
Under the action of centrifugal force, the material is dispersed toward the circular edge and falls into the grinding ring's raceway, where it is impacted, rolled, and ground by the ring rollers. After being processed through three layers of raceways, it becomes powder. A high-pressure fan draws external air into the machine through suction, carrying the crushed material into the classifier.
The rotating impeller inside the classifier causes coarse materials to fall back for regrinding, while fine powders meeting the requirements are carried by the airflow into the cyclone collector and discharged as finished products through the discharge valve at its bottom. The airflow containing a small amount of fine dust is purified by the pulse dust collector and then discharged through the fan and silencer.
