The O-Sepa classifier is a third-generation high-efficiency classifier that has been widely applied in the grinding systems of cement plants. The improved O-Sepa classifier is developed based on the standard O-Sepa classifier, incorporating the world's most advanced technology to create a high-efficiency classifier.
Technical Features of O-Sepa Separator:
(1) The specially shaped rotor blades replace the ordinary ones, increasing the classification area of the classifier. In practice, this results in a higher material separation rate and better classification performance.
(2) A vortex disperser is added inside the rotor of the classifier, which offers the following advantages:
a. Avoids pressure drop caused by eddy currents, reducing the pressure drop of the classifier.
b. The energy generated by the rotation of the airflow is transferred to the rotor, reducing the power consumption of the driving device while avoiding energy loss caused by eddy currents.
c. The tangential velocity at the classifier outlet is reduced due to the use of a vortex disperser, which also lowers the pressure loss.
(3) The particle size distribution of the finished product is more uniform, and the particle allocation is more reasonable.
