TH Ring Chain Bucket Elevator:
The TH bucket elevator is a type of chain bucket elevator. Compared to the TD bucket elevator, its bucket support component is a chain, replacing the original belt drive. It uses forged ring chains as the traction component and employs mixed or gravity discharge during operation. The lifting height ranges from 4.5 meters to 40 meters, with bucket widths ranging from 160 to 1250 mm.

TD Series Bucket Elevator:
TD bucket elevator (rubber belt bucket elevator) consists of the operating part (buckets and traction rubber belt), the upper section with a driving pulley, the lower section with a tensioning pulley, the intermediate casing, the driving device, and the backstop braking device. It is suitable for vertically conveying loose materials with a density of ρ < 1.5 t/m³, such as non-abrasive and semi-abrasive powdery, granular, and small lump materials, including coal, sand, coke fines, cement, and crushed ore. The structural configuration of the TD bucket elevator is as follows: The transmission device of the TD bucket elevator has two types, respectively equipped with the YZ reducer or the ZQ (or YY) reducer. The YZ shaft-mounted reducer is directly mounted on the main shaft head, eliminating the need for a transmission platform, couplings, etc., resulting in a compact structure and light weight. Additionally, it incorporates a special-shaped roller backstop inside, ensuring reliable reverse prevention. This reducer operates with low noise, runs smoothly, and floats with the main shaft, effectively eliminating installation stress.

NE type plate chain bucket elevator:
The NE-type plate chain bucket elevator is a new product developed based on advanced technology introduced from abroad, with its main technical parameters conforming to the standards of the Ministry of Machinery. It adopts self-flow feeding and gravity discharge, with the chain made of high-strength alloy steel plate chains, which are wear-resistant and reliable. The drive part uses a hard-tooth surface reducer. The NE series plate chain bucket elevator includes 11 models. The NE-type plate chain bucket elevator uses inflow feeding, where materials flow into the bucket and are lifted to the top by the plate chain, then discharged automatically under the action of material gravity.
