Depending on process requirements and system pressure, either high-pressure or low-pressure, online or offline pulse cleaning can be selected. The working life of the pulse valve is generally over 5 years, and the filter bag lasts over 2 years. Operating costs are low, utilizing compressed air energy for jet-induced flow to ensure cleaning pressure at the bottom of the filter bags.

Working principle

Dust-laden gas enters through the air inlet of the dust collector's inlet and outlet air box, then is redirected by the inclined baffle to the ash hopper. At the same time, the airflow slows down. Due to inertia, coarse dust particles in the gas fall into the ash hopper, while fine dust particles are carried upward by the airflow into the filtration chamber. The dust adheres to the outer surface of the filter bags, and the purified gas passes through the filter bags into the upper clean air chamber. The clean air from each chamber is collected and discharged through the air outlet, then expelled into the atmosphere by the main fan of the dust collection system.
