Working principle

The dispersion disc operates at high speed, causing the material to form a ring-shaped flow, generating a strong vortex that spirals downward to the bottom of the vortex. Intense shear, impact, and friction occur between particles, achieving rapid dispersion and dissolution. The frame-type wall-mounted stirring mechanism scrapes the cylinder walls, accelerating material circulation and improving dispersion efficiency. The hydraulic pump drives the hydraulic plunger to lift and lower, moving the entire transmission mechanism and working group accordingly.
