Working principle

Through the high-speed rotation of the dispersion disc, the material forms an annular flow, generating a strong vortex that spirals downward to the bottom of the vortex. Intense shear, impact, and friction occur between particles, achieving rapid dispersion, dissolution, and uniformity.

The functions of mixing and emulsification are achieved by driving the hydraulic plunger to lift and lower through the operation of the hydraulic pump, thereby driving the entire transmission mechanism, working group, and sealing cover to lift. During operation, the barrel cover and the pulling cylinder achieve sealing and matching.
